MR CHRISTODOULOU AWARDED FARMINGTON FELLOWSHIP

In recognition of his important work in building the Religious Education Department's website, which won a Golden Web Award for 2003-4, and his continuing researches into the use of ICT in RE, Mr Christodoulou has been awarded a prestigious Farmington Fellowship for the summer term 2005 by the Farmington Institute for Christian Studies at Harris Manchester College, Oxford. Only 25 such Fellowships are awarded annually.
The theme of Mr Christodoulou's
research will mainly be into the use of interactive whiteboards in RE lessons. Once he has familiar -ised himself with these he will develop resources based on the boards that can be used by RE teachers across the country.

In July 2005 Mr Christodoulou will present his researches to PGCE Religious Studies students at Cambridge University and to teachers and academics at Harris Manchester College, Oxford.
